The latest place for luxury is former sleepy seaside village Pompano Beach, and Sabbia Beach is leading the new wave.

What happens when one of Canada’s largest and most successful homebuilders decides to develop in South Florida? You get Sabbia Beach, Pompano Beach’s first ultra-luxury, “toes-in-the-sand” residential development in a decade.
